Dear Lactnet,
Susan has excellent tips for moms pumping. Her mention of a homemade bra to stabilize the flanges is one that has worked for my clients for years. Now we offer the pumping "bustier".....the advantages is hands free of course, but also comes in various sizes and can be slipped on over clothes/nursing bra.
I was skeptical about yet another gadget, but this one is the "bomb", as my kids would say! Esp. if mom is pumping 75 minutes+ a day. Mom can do STS while pumping, even bedside in NICU. Forgive me if this has already been posted. www.easyexpression.com
