Dear Ms Calandro:
Why doesn't the IBLCE consider requiring an 18-hour course for health
professionals and giving a certification for that?
18 hours is what WHO requires for health care workers having contact
with mothers and babies; there are several 18-hour course syllabi already
available and many places that give such courses.
Why re-invent the wheel?
