you absolutely misunderstand me.

the multitude of fish oil studies are out there for anyone who wants to
look them up.

<<For thousands of years, vitamins and minerals were consumed through
the foods

absolutely, but I know literally a handful of people who eat this way.
for thousands of years we ate *the whole animal*. and the animal was
*always* foraging.

<<Excessive iron can cause a zinc deficiency. Taking DHA by itself does

taking martket DHA alone can trigger mania in bipolar persons. (stoll)

I certainly wouldn't support taking DHA alone, or for that matter a
synthetic mixture of it.

<<I think this need for DHA supplementation is all about
> "the money." >>

anyone can think anything they want. I don't have the time or the
interest to build a dissertation containing the multitude of fish oil
studies but it's there for the interested and easy to find. the bottom
line is that we just don't eat what we used to and most people
don't/won't or aren't interested? do you culture your own foods? eat
grassfed meat? wild veggies?

I wish I did....but I don't (cept for the grassfed meat)
