Domperidome use (plus dosages) is still included in the Brodribb's just
released 3rd Ed of Breastfeeding Managment,
The Australian Breastfeeding Association's Lactation Resource Centre can do
a search on this subject for you for recent studies (for very reasonable
rates) to get you the information to help you write your guidelines.
