Prolactin, made in pituitary is primary lactation hormone.
Cortisol is made by the adrenals
TSH comes from the thyroid.
Oxytocin is made in the posterior pituitary.
I have always been under the impression that the ovaries aren't involved in
milk making, certainly not progesterone, which inhibits milk prodution.
I just reviewed all this in Riordan to be sure that's how I remembered it
