Does this mom have symptoms of Reynaud's? Also, I worked with a mom with a very similar scenario, and she needed to be treated with antibiotics b/c she had an infection as well as the candida. I also knew one mom who had no permanent relief until she used a product called Tanalbit. Here is a link (http://www.intensivenutrition.com/index.htm), but this is a retailer (I have no relationship), so you might want to do some research. This product was given to her by a dermatologist, b/c she saw him to rule out excema. It was very effective. One more thought--she could take organic extra virgin coconut oil internally--it is an excellent fat, but also has anti-fungal properties that are quite powerful.
