Genetic engineering can do wonders in the field of medicine.

These are some of the applicaions currantly in use:

Synthetic insulins & growth hormone
Interferons
tPA used for treating heart attacks

In the future genetic engineering may bring a cure for inherted blood and
immune disorders and metabolic disorders.

I think genetic engineering in the agriculture industry should be banned.
It affects the entire ecosystem. I think that farmers whsoe crops have been
contaminated by the pollen of the monsanto plants should sue.

Unfortunatly, breastmilk cannot prevent all human suffering.
Unfortunately, most of the research industry is driven by money.
