You didn't mention the title of Lars A. Hanson's latest book?  At least two
of his previous books that he edited were in conjunction with Nestle Nutrition
Services.  He has edited a book called, "Probiotics, Other Nutritional
Factors, & Intestinal Microfora with Robert H. Yolken & Nestle Nutrition.  Robert H.
Yolken is one of the inventors for two patents (assigned to John Hopkins
Medical School) on HMFG (human milk fat globule)--the real thing.
So I guess I was wondering, if his new book is associated with Nestle?
