Dear Friends:
The ratio is 1 teaspoon salt to 1 pint water. If you do a google search
on 'recipe for normal saline', you will find this ratio. It is one of those
phrases that will stick in my head forever, having used it in public health
and also for mixing my own contact lens rinse.
