These are very sad stories, but typical of the choices that large hospitals are
making these days. Rest assured, there are some communities that would love to
have you -- like mine -- where IBCLCs are >45 min away, which makes hands-on BF
help pretty much impossible (although some in other communities will do phone
consults.)
I would, however, discourage the offer of a money-back guarantee. (I might do a
free 1-hour initial consultation though.) That seems to me more in the realm
of gimmickry than professionalism and might have the opposite effect of what
you intended.
