I do not use Brewer's Yeast. I know it used to be a recommendation, but
I don't think this is a current intervention with evidence.

I like to refer mothers to Jack Newman MD and Teresa Pitman IBCLC's
book, The Ultimate Breastfeeding Book of Answers, for a comprehensive
piece on improving supply.
