In response to several breaches of the guidelines this week, we are posting
is to remind you that advertising is not permitted on Lactnet.  Many
subscribers earn their livings speaking and teaching and arranging
conferences; by respecting the no advertising rule, we keep everyone on an
equal footing in this forum.  

There are websites for conference advertising.  Most educational programs
have their own websites, businesses likewise.  Lactnet is an
advertising-free zone. 

This restriction applies to your signature lines as well - please adjust
your automatic settings so that your Lactnet posts are in keeping with the
list guidelines, down to the last word.
