In light of what Barbara shared from the JHL article, I wonder if the problem is the confusion of the reporter/author of the statement. The JHL article does refer to the "milk concentrations of alcohol" and it appears that this has been interpreted to mean alcohol concentrates in breastmilk. Could it be that obvious? Or have I missed something because I do not have ready access to the entire work?
