To boost supply the breasts need to be stimulated.
My suggestions are
*Breastfeed baby if possible, use breast compression when baby pauses
* HAND + pump express after as many day "feed-times" as possible
* [private discussion with woman] Advise her to discuss the problem with her partner & if he is willing that she ask him to suckle her breasts for about 10x10 after 2-3 of the expressions daily. IT WORKS +++++++++++++
(I have been including this in my advice for almost 9 years thanks to my having a FLASH of inspiration one day all those moons ago. May also be used by women who have mastitis, clears it quickly- antibiotics not required)
* Discuss & give her the information re Domperidone & advise that she ask her GP to prescribe.
