Dear all,
I just wanted to share this with everyone. My daughter (2.5years) was given
a Barbie doll (actually a cheap fake!) when she was born (as a joke to wind
me up). A few days ago she discovered it while I was turning out. It's the
typical big boobs and looooong skinny legs (the one's I hate ;-). Anyway,
she carries it around and has been showing all the mothers at my son's
school its boobs and saying "look, breasts for drinking". She's absolutely
obsessed with it's "breasts" and I've come to the conclusion that it might
actually be a good way to promote breastfeeding. You know, if Barbie can do
it with breasts like this, anyone can?
just my tongue in cheek ;-)
groetjes
Sara Bernard

"wishfull-thinking planet")
