Greetings All. I'm back to hear what you have to say. I was overwhelmed by the number of postings, so I "unsubscribed" some time ago, but fear I may be missing something. I'm following the welcome letter guidelines and introducing myself as a cog in the wheel of direct mother/baby care. I have a lovely job delivering both inpatient and outpatient lactation services and I'm interested in hearing about different approaches to solving early initiation problems, especially the ones that require supplement. I'm a birthing nurse as well as a lactation consultant, so I attend women in birth and care for mothers and babies postpartum, mothers and fetuses antepartum and mothers with babies in intensive care. I'll look at the archives and see what's new from this venue and while it's unlikely that I'll post again, I do appreciate hearing about best practices from those who do. I promise that if I have something brilliant to say that hasn't already been said, I'll post, but otherwise, I'll resume lurking. Thanks, k
