I agree that this is not a baby who has probably recieved much breastmilk. This is way too much formula supplementation after nursing. He has probably learned to do his comfort sucking at the breast, and then waits for the real feeding from the bottle. Another aspect of this is when mom stopped nursing for a week, if she had a normal milk supply she would almost have to pump or be in total agony. This would be a case that I would not recommend that mother just go back to strictly nursing because she probably has little if any milk.
To me, sounds like a formula intolerance.
