I have and enjoy the Oestman period set.  The latest Jacobs period set
had glowing reviews (see classicstoday.com).  Between the Solti and Gui
I'd go for the Gui, chosen as best recording on BBC radio 3 Building A
Library.  And it's far cheaper.  Solti is a little frentic for me.
