hi dr. jen
i would be thinking oversupply and overactive MER management. since the baby
is sometimes happy and content this does not *sound* like food allergy.
colic? what is colic and what to do for it anyway, so I would go back to
oversupply issues. if the zantac seems to help, keep him on it. when he came
back in, the first thing I thought to do was adjust the dose per his wt,
which you did.
Interesting, how feeding the first baby (less than effective feeder it turns
out) did not lead to supply issues, but feeding this new baby, who was a
vigorous feeder from the start, did.
