used is "SN" meaning student nurse. I don't see "IBCLC student" as a valid
signature (or "student IBCLC" either). Might LCS (or SLC) for someone
studying to become IBCLC be acceptable?

In The NEtherlands it sure would, because that is what the LK i.o. I
mentioned means and is actively and legally used for.
