Here's a news item on the nurse-in Sunday, and apology from JCPenny.

Interesting, it took JCPenny 4 days to find and apologize to the mom. In
the meantime, they were already responding to all the protest emails they
got. The mom was posting on mothering.com, and waiting for them to contact
her - she hadn't gone into hiding at all. So they were more busy protecting
their public image, than contacting her.
And they still seem to be implying that this mom can't tell the difference
between being "helped" and being "harrassed". We are advising her to
continue to ask for a breastfeeding policy, and assurance of employee
education, and not just simply accept their apology.
