I just wanted to respond to Mellanie's post where she mentioned she wished
she had a Babyweigh Scale accurate to 0.5 oz for test weighing.  From my
previous life as a nutritional epidemiologist, this is not sufficiently
accurate - you need a scale that is accurate to 0.1 oz.  From my experience
as an IBCLC, I have to say that there have been plenty of situations where
I have been weighing intakes in increments of 0.1 oz. The sleepy babies
that will take 0.1 or 0.2 oz from one breast & the same from the next.

The scale has been the best investment I have made into equipment for my
practice.
