Is anyone familiar with a company called Financial Resource Group, aka FRG?
They have been hired to reorganize the business structure of my hospital as
control changes from a county hospital to a district hospital. They promise
no major layoffs. That may mean there will be minor layoffs.

Of course, I'm wondering what their attitude is about LCs. They are
beginning to focus on us and I have been asked to provide a detailed Scope
of Practice as defined by the hospital. Ours is included within the general
Perinatal Scope of Practice. But I need to get a copy for our office as my
RN-Mgr is leaving next for Greener Pastures in the L.A.,CA area.
