Are you close to any of the moms you helped while in the position? Do you
have friends nursing who could do a little "undercover work" for you? I
think it could be a wake up call to administration if someone were to write
and complain that they aren't getting the same kind of help that they got
when there was truly a "lactation position". If there is a local LLL group
you might ask if there has been any change in the severity of problems they
get especially form moms who went to that hospital. Any such complaints or
comments should go to someone "higher up" than your former supervisor.
