My daughter cracks me up.  She is 5 months old.  This was the first child I
had after I became a lactation consultant and I looked forward to applying all
my new knowledge.  Well, guess what?! She doesn't follow any of the "general
rules"and to boot, she tries to breastfeed and suck her thumb at the same time.
