the one thing that is known is that we were never meant to get d from
food. it may be that maternal D intake of D would have to be 'too'
high, to get sufficient levels for D in milk.>>
How would this work?? If Vit D is fat stored, how and when would it be free
to transfer to the baby? I could understand the other water soluble
vitamins where excess would be excreted from the body, but ADEK have me
confused!! Seems mighty dangerous to risk overdosing on D.
