I've seen many children - including my own daughter - whose diet was almost
entirely breastmilk at 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, even 24 months. Lisa
ate perhaps a teaspoon of solid foods a day at 12 months and increased only
very gradually over the next year - she survived almost entirely on
breastmilk, and was a healthy, bright, active toddler. I don't see how that
could be possible if my milk had no nutritional value.
