Hi Sheri,
I asked my RN sister, who manages a dialysis center.  Her opinion:  if mom
has one kidney, there shouldn't be any problem.  (If mom was end stage
failure with no kidney function, it probably wouldn't work.)  I would
especially go with the nephrologist's opinion.  If the neos are concerned,
the breastmilk could always be tested.
