I believe there is a research article somewhere (or it could have been a report at a conference) that showed a difference if the question was phrased as: "What do you know about breastfeeding?".  The women in this group went on to initiate and sustain BF at a better rate than those given a more traditional approach.

With an 87% initiation rate (in my area) that drops off quickly, it's not the starting BF, it's the continuing.  This kind of question offers an opportunity to talk about both the normality and normal expectations of BF, but also when and why to seek help.

Now I should go look up the study report to share the link, if possible.
