None of these circumstances apply in the UK - and B and C have been
illegal for many years (though that does not stop manufacturers
offering scholarships, travel grants, lunches, conferences and silly
little fripperies like pens and diary covers).

But we still have the guilt thing, in the sense that many HCPs are
reluctant to give mothers the facts (and may of course disbelieve the
facts themselves ).
