Have I missed something? Banked milk is pasteurized. Why is anyone
worrying about recipients getting HIV via milk? The problem with blood
is that it can't be pasteurized...and in addition, there was a huge
cover-up and denial of the problem of HIV transmission before the blood
banks finally admitted they had a problem and they had to fix it.
