I am beginning to get questions from parents of chubby 3-9 months old. They
are wondering if the chubby formula fed baby is "obese." It is difficult to
deal with, as I can't say "you should have breastfed" at this point. We
have to work with what we have :-(

When my breastfed babies were "obese" I just figured it was all "perfect
tissue" and didn't worry. As adults 2 are thin and 1 (with multiple health
problems) is overweight. I don't know what the answer is. I do know that
in our family we like to cook and like to eat and that is a large :-) part
of our adult chubby problems. Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
