Hi Leslie,

What might also help is to 'empty your computers' cache memory'. This is a
setting on your computer. Your cache memory retrieves the erroneous pages
everytime from its memory. When you've 'emptied' the cache memory the pages
will be loaded from the website again and will probably display correctly.
To do this you'll have to go to the 'extra' option in your browser, choose
'internet options', 'temporary internet files' and 'remove files'.
