I believe you want information from the Milk Banking Association Of North American who sets the guidelines. I have seen this in some books, like maybe Riordan's, and I believe it is on their web page. I know we have discussed this on Lactnet, maybe try "milk storage guidelines" in the archives. I have trouble finding things in the archives myself, I never seem to chose the right descriptive words.
