I have permission from mom to post this question.  Her baby was just diagnosed with infantile spasm.  This baby is a year old and is still predominantly breastfed.  Not much interest in solids but has some.  Mom is wondering if she were to go on a ketogenic diet, would it alter her milk enough to "treat" her baby?  I told her I didn't think so but would ask if anyone out there has experience with this and /or the diagnosis itself.  Thank you!
