I agree with Dee.  I would not rely on a diagnosis made 2 years ago if the
problem is on-going. Things can change in a matter of months!! It needs
further investigation.

The hole may be the opening of a tract leading from a cyst which may
intermittently become  infected and drain on its own through the opening.
I don't think it's yeast either.

I also agree that an endocrine workup POSSIBLY including a brain scan is in
order, especially if the discharge is in fact breastmilk!!
Cancer is not the highest on my list, but it certainly is always in the
differential with any breast drainage in a non-lactating woman.

If you end up with an answer from this mom, would you please update us???
