Kate, you might find the following articles helpful. The one on
homeopathy does an excellent job of summarizing the concept, is
referenced, has prescribing guidelines, , and had 4 really helpful
appendices. It was actually written for application for mastitis, but is
an excellent read to understand the bigger issues. I would also
recommend Cheryl Renfree's website for her research on herbal
galactogogue use among LCs, and her hospital's protocol for using
fenugreek. My preferred brand of fenugreek capsules is Nature's Way.
