Hi All,
it has been a while since I posted to this list. I am trying to design a
comprehensive way to document voicemail messages and the phone advice that
we give. There are two reasons for this:
1)Our current system is to hastily scribble notes on small writing pads,
or whatever scrap of paper we can lay our hands on (very messy and
disorganized)
2) Because there are two of us working from our office -we need to keep
more permanent records of who we speak to and what advice we give what
follow up is required just so one person knows what the other has done.
3) We need to keep better track of what amount of our time is spent on
these phone calls.
I would like to design a form that doubles as a way to jot down voicemail
messages and which can also be used when talking directly to patients by
prompting us to ask a basic set of questions. I have come up with some
ideas but I wonder if anyone has any other suggestions or a different
system that works for them
