Thank-you. I was positive you would have it, but couldn't find it yesterday
since I obviously went to the wrong site.
This is very much what we needed.
Plus, since I gave them a copy of the entire printed toolkit; of course
pointing out the one policy they were looking for ... This gave me a
legitimate way to introduce to the neonatologist and staff all the WEALTH
of other information contained in the Toolkit.
Maybe this opportunity will be a spring board we can keep building on.

the policy you seek (page 94-95). People get so uptight about this, but the
