Arly, I have no idea what is going on with this mom but I am ASTONISHED her
MD has not had her run, not walk in to be seen ASAP! I concur, I would send
her to the ER if you can't get her seen today. Let us know what comes of this.
She could very well have mastitis with a resistant bug.
"Two days later, while on Keflex QID, her left breast now has a sizeable =
red
patch on it as per patient(I haven't seen it today yet). There are no =
lumps
in either breast. The pain is described as burning. There is a lump at =
her
waist.
I am trying to get her in to see an MD. I have advised that she always =
has
the option of going to the ER, even if she has insufficient funds to =
cover
the visit."
