i know one person who dealt successfully with that with the regular use
of lecithin, 3 triple strength gel caps, 3x per day.
I use lecithin when I take advil (b/c the phospholipids have been shown
to increase the effectiveness of it while protecting the gut from
damage).....I also use lecithin fairly regularly b/c it's virtually my
only source of phospholipids as my nursling is very allergic to eggs (is
having the asthma attack right now to prove it) and soy (though lecithin
seems to be purified enough to not be problematic for her.
anyhoo, b/c of my frequent use of it, i sought out the best price, and
as usual, the best price was at iherb. the jarrow brand is $8 v the Now
brand which is $14 for the same amount of triple strength capsules:
