the 2003 edition of The Breastfeeding Answer Book, under the section for
yeast infections and with Dr. Jack Newman's books and protocols found on the
web. The two sites that I think may have his handouts are
www.BreastfeedingOnLine.com and www.AskLenore.com. If I have these addresses
wrong, do a search under his name. Both these books can be purchased from La
Leche League International, if not other places.
