I did a quick web search in relation to biblical scriptures in regards to
weaning and found this site

It tells of christian, judaism, and islamic passages about weaning and
breastfeeding in General.  A very interesting read.

In relation to Islam, the passage from the Qur'an is as follows:
 "....Here is that quote from the Qur'an, chapter 31:14.
In travail upon travail
Did his mother bear him,
And in years twain
Was his weaning:..........."
