Weighing the options in this case, it is my opinion that 81 mg of aspirin
daily should have minimal or no effect on a breastfed infant.  Especially
since this is a very low daily dose and since asprin is acidic, there should
be very little aspirin reaching the infant through the more acidic, than
plasma, breast milk.
