Pam, Jack Newman might have something.  I just
attended one of his talks & was pleased to see so many
flat-nippled moms breastfeeding on camera, both slides
& (I think...) live-action.

You're right -- moms love to see how other women just
like them nurse beautifully.  Sometimes I comment they
"won't have flat nipples for long!" which often gets a
smile.  I've long suspected the many flat nipples I
see were created by years of bra-wearing combined with
incessant exposure to artificial nipples.  It's
frustrating how many women worry about something that
is essentially a non-issue.
