Did you get this request via letter, email or straight from the Mom? I received a letter that had my antennae up from someone who said she was a new mom and had gotten my name off some BF-related site and was looking for the same kind of pillow dealer. She sent a web address that wouldn't work. I got the feeling it was a marketing strategy. I almost wrote to ask if others had received similar posts. (Who ever heard of a company that wouldn't direct a potential customer to the closest dealer and why wouldn't a small company sell direct when there aren't many dealers?)
