Back in 1997 Jan Riordan did a "cost of not breastfeeding" for four common
infant ailments -- that if all babies in the U.S. were breastfed for 4 months,
or something like that, then we would save health care $$ amounting to
something like 1.6 billion.
Anyway, I was wondering if there was an updated summary like that anywhere.
Anyone know of one?
Thanks!
