Your post was right on and well put. I have noticed that I pick up sick
babies often. Even the nursery nurses say nothing is wrong, but it turns out
there is. Perhaps my nicu background but also I am spending alot of time w/
the moms/babies. You are right, we are in a position to notice abnormal
signs, tone, etc. We should speak up. I call the doctor myself.
