You are right.  The formula representatives will consider any and every
contact with HHS personnel, a positive thing.  It is a chance to learn more
about the campaign (and therefore be better prepared to counter it) and a
chance to understand the people involved better.    Even if they (formula
co's) may have lost the battle, they will still get to gather ammunition to
win the war.

As I've said before, the best way to competely frustrate formula rep's,
would be to completely shut them out from access to our health professionals
and health administrators.  This would cut them off at the knees.  Personal
contact invariably leads to communication and positive feelings.  Thats why
companies have sales reps., even though sales reps. are the most expensive
sales tool to reach customers.
