I respectfully disagree that litigation is the appropriate way to handle
either this situation or the wrong breast milk situation. In the US we
already have way too many frivolous lawsuits, class-action and otherwise,
from people who want to get a piece of the corporate riches.
Now there are lawsuits from parents of asthmatics suing cigarette companies
from the cigarettes *that their parents smoke*, and parents fat kids trying
to sue McDonald's because their 10 year old weighs 300# after years and
years of too many Big Macs.
Parents have to take some responsibility for the consequences on their
children's health on what they give their children to eat...even infants.
